The Rosetta Resolver System Supports Affymetrix® GeneChip® Gene 1.0 ST Arrays

SEATTLE, Wash., March 12, 2008 – Rosetta Biosoftware today announced that the most recent version of  the Rosetta Resolver® gene expression data analysis system, version 7.1, supports Affymetrix® GeneChip® Gene 1.0 ST (Sense Target) arrays.

The gene arrays from Affymetrix enable scientists to query the entire transcriptome―with increased sensitivity for detecting expression levels―for a given species, which translates into reduced costs for scientists engaged in microarray-based studies, such as tissue profiling or toxicogenomics. The Resolver system enables support of the arrays, including import and data analysis within the Resolver system and interaction with third-party programs, such as RMA, gcRMA, and Affymetrix PLIER.
