Course Formats

Various course formats are available to address product functionality and the supporting software packages or systems that are used with the products.

Instructor-led On-site Training

Rosetta Biosoftware trainers are available to travel to your site to conduct training for your users. On-site training covers the same topics as the In-house and Webcast sessions and can be structured to facilitate training on analysis tools as well as advanced topics such as tool creation and customization. On-site training courses are scheduled at your request and will last as long as necessary to accommodate all of your users.

To conduct on-site training, the Rosetta trainers must have access to a training room with the appropriate number of workstations. Each workstation must be able to access your Rosetta Biosoftware application. Each student should have his or her own workstation to make the best use of the course.

Instructor-led In-house Training

Instructor-led training sessions are available at our Seattle facility for open enrollment. In-house training covers the same topics as the On-site and Webcast sessions. Although these sessions are open-enrollment, the Rosetta trainers will make efforts to ensure that specific questions are answered and specific needs are met. An additional benefit of open enrollment training is the opportunity for your users to interact with users from other companies.

Webcast Sessions

Training can be delivered on a customer-specific basis via Webcast technology. These sessions will provide customized training and will be limited to a single user or group of users who will be able to ask specific questions about the use of system features with their own data.
